"Our furnace quit on us Thursday night and by Saturday the house was down to 54°. I'd already wasted time and money trying to fix it myself – bought a fuse at Lowe's, swapped it, nothing. Felt like an idiot. Finally reached Samuel late Friday. He was calm, didn't make me feel dumb, and said he could come Sunday morning. Texted me Saturday night to confirm the time and pulled up right on the dot in his big white van. The problem ended up being the inducer motor (that little "vacuum" thing with the three lights on it). One of the wires had come loose and the draft port was completely clogged with years of dust and gunk. Samuel took it apart, cleaned everything spotless, re-secured the wire, and had the whole thing running perfectly in under 45 minutes. Heat kicked on strong and has been flawless since. He's honestly one of the kindest, most genuine guys I've ever had in my home. Took the time to explain what went wrong (in plain English), showed me what to keep an eye on, and never once tried to upsell anything. Just a straight-up good human who knows his stuff.
