Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Service Guarantees

  • 90-Day Labor Warranty - All labor is warranted for 90 days from the service date
  • Parts Warranty - Parts are covered under manufacturer warranty
  • Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee - If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Services not rendered as described
  • Prepayment for services that were cancelled before work began

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee.
