Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Terms

By booking service with Miller Mechanical, you agree to the following:

  • Services will be performed as described in the work order
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • Service appointments may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. We offer:

  • Flat rate pricing for standard services
  • Hourly rates for non-standard work
  • Payment is due upon service completion
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Warranty

Miller Mechanical warrants labor for 90 days from service date. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts as specified by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors.

Limitation of Liability

Miller Mechanical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by underlying issues not visible during service.
